Dr Adrian Jones

Adrian Jones is a dedicated dentist with over 25 years of experience, whose practice has been limited exclusively to endodontic treatment since early 2024. Known for combining precise skills with compassionate care, he helps patients achieve comfortable and lasting dental health.

Adrian qualified from the University of Birmingham in 1997. After a year practicing in his home county of Lancashire, he returned to Birmingham to expand his experience in restorative dentistry. Over the next two years, he worked at the dental hospital and in general practice, building a broad skillset across multiple disciplines. During this time, he successfully obtained his Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) from the Royal College of Surgeons in 2001.

Following a brief period in Shropshire, Adrian relocated to Gloucestershire, where he has been working in private practice since 2005. He also holds a Certificate in Oral Implantology and Prosthodontics from the Oxford Society of Implantology (2009), and an MSc (Merit) in Endodontology from the University of Chester (2020).

A proud member of the Langham Endodontic Study Club, Adrian is committed to ongoing learning and collaboration with other dental professionals.

Adrian has a special interest in Endodontics and has been accepting referrals for root canal treatments since 2007. He is passionate about delivering patient-centred care, combining meticulous technique with compassionate communication to ensure the best outcomes. Using advanced technology such as dental microscopes and 3D imaging (CBCT), he provides precise and effective treatment. When needed, Adrian also offers treatment under IV sedation, working alongside a visiting dental sedationist to help anxious patients feel comfortable. He offers comprehensive endodontic care, including initial treatment, retreatment, and surgical procedures when necessary.

Outside of work, Adrian enjoys an active outdoor life with his family in the Cotswolds. As a father of four, his spare time is limited, but he loves running, mountain biking, cheering on his son at rugby matches, and supporting his daughter at athletics events. He’s also quite handy in the kitchen!
