How Much Do Invisalign Braces Cost?
Curious about the price tag of Invisalign braces and whether they’re the perfect fit for your smile? While the cost of Invisalign treatment is subject to several factors, it’s important to understand what contributes to these expenses and why it’s often considered a worthwhile investment in one’s dental health and overall well-being.
Since every smile is unique, we can’t provide a fixed fee for this service upfront. Invisalign treatment differs for each person in terms of duration, costs and requirements. Nevertheless, we’ve gathered responses to our most frequently asked questions (FAQs) about Invisalign and its pricing within our practice to serve as a helpful starting point.
We highly recommend scheduling a consultation with our team for an accurate quote tailored to your situation.
What Is Invisalign?
Invisalign stands as a premium orthodontic treatment designed to discreetly straighten misaligned teeth and jaws while seamlessly integrating with your lifestyle. It presents an excellent option for adults who are considering teeth straightening but might be concerned about the visibility or perception of traditional “train-track” braces.
These aligners are meant to be worn for 22 hours daily, allowing removal only for brushing, eating and drinking. Crafted from the clever “SmartTrack” material, developed and patented by Align Technology, they provide all-day comfort and are almost invisible, guaranteeing that your teeth-straightening progress remains discreet to others.
What Influences Invisalign’s Cost?
The cost of Invisalign treatment is influenced by several factors, extending beyond the treatment itself.
Initial consultations, the complexity of your specific dental needs, the expertise of the dental practitioner, the duration of the treatment plan, and any supplementary treatments or services significantly contribute to the overall expenses.
Moreover, ongoing check-ups and post-treatment care, including the provision of retainers and follow-up appointments, form integral parts of the investment in Invisalign. While these factors collectively shape the total cost, they also ensure a comprehensive and successful teeth alignment process. Thus, the price of Invisalign treatment is unique to each dental practice and specific to your individual case.
We maintain transparency regarding our pricing, providing realistic estimates on our fees page. Additionally, during your consultation, you will receive a detailed breakdown of costs tailored to your specific needs and treatment plan.
How Much Does an Invisalign Consultation Cost?
If you’re uncertain about Invisalign or wish to explore more about the treatment, consultations with our Treatment Coordinator, Rebecca Hawkings, are complimentary. This serves as an opportunity for you to learn more about Invisalign treatment at The Bristol Dental Practice and understand what sets our practice apart. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have.
Once you’re ready to move forward and have your smile assessed by our Specialist Orthodontist, Dr Scott Deacon, we’ll arrange a 30-minute orthodontic consultation. Within this session, Scott will discuss your smile goals with you. He will also perform a thorough mouth examination and take impressions. Our orthodontic consultations are priced at £125, during which Scott will provide a precise quote for your Invisalign treatment tailored to your specific requirements. Should you decide to proceed with treatment, he will finalise your bespoke treatment plan and begin making your aligner sets.
What Are the Costs of Invisalign Braces With Us?
At The Bristol Dental Practice, Invisalign treatment costs begin at £3,000 for either upper or lower braces and £5,100 for both upper and lower braces. Please note that these figures are general estimates and may vary depending on individual requirements. During an orthodontic consultation, Scott will offer a precise quote customised to your specific case.
Do We Offer Payment Plans?
Absolutely, we offer interest-free payment plans, allowing our patients to spread the treatment costs into more manageable instalments for up to 12 months. For loans exceeding 12 months, additional interest will apply.
How Do Our Payment Plans Work?
Our reception team will guide you through the financing process to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience. They will forward a finance link to you via email or text. Upon clicking the link, you’ll be asked a series of questions to assess your eligibility. You will then have the freedom to choose a repayment plan ranging from 6 months up to 60. Usually, the loan decision is instantaneous.

Is Investing in Invisalign Braces Worth It?
For many people, the question of whether Invisalign braces are worth the investment often boils down to more than just the monetary aspect. It’s about the confidence gained from a straighter smile, the convenience of a discreet orthodontic solution, and the long-term benefits of improved dental health.
While the price may initially seem daunting, the long-term advantages of a beautifully aligned smile and improved oral health outweigh the financial investment for our patients. Plus, our interest-free payment plans make affording treatment more accessible and less stressful.
