Helen Rigg

Helen is originally from Bristol and qualified in dental hygiene from Liverpool Dental Hospital in 1988. She worked and lived in Liverpool for the next 8 years in both general dental practice and the community dental service.

In 1996 Helen moved back to Bristol whereupon she joined The Bristol Dental Practice. Helen has a sympathetic and friendly approach to patients. She is interested in nutrition and her patient’s overall wellbeing including how it affects their oral health. She feels her role as a hygienist is to give her patients the knowledge and skills to be in control of their own oral health and tailors her professional advice to suit their individual needs.

Outside of work Helen enjoys hill walking, cycling, swimming and triathlons.
