Dr Reynolds has been my dentists for 6 years and has always been excellent. I broke a front tooth in a bike accident recently and the practice could not have been better. I was seen the next day for an initial assessment and to have a temporary cap inserted and within 6 days (once the swelling had subsided) to have the tooth filled. The results are remarkable, the treatment first class and for the results the price paid was great value. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been seeing Dr Ali for many years and she is excellent, always cheerful and reassuring and explains everything she is doing. I feel totally confident in her ability and amazingly relaxed whatever procedure she is undertaking in my mouth! The receptionists and hygienists are also first rate and unfailingly friendly and efficient.

Everyone at Bristol Dental Practice is exceptionally friendly and professional. All of the staff - from the receptionists to the dentists - go out of their way to ensure that your experience is a positive one. When receiving treatment, it is clear that the doctors here are highly experienced with a great deal of knowlede in the art of dentistry. The high quality treatment and excellent customer service also leaves you confident that you are in the best hands. Even the building itself exudes professionalism. I very much doubt there is a better dental practice in the South West.

Very friendly staff, right from the people on reception though to the hygienists, dentist and oral surgeon. I always feel they know what they are doing, and that I'm in safe hands. My main dentist is a really lovely man - he explains things clearly, without talking down to you. When I had a dental emergency, they were able to deal with it promptly on the same day, despite it being a weekend.

Best dentist I have ever been to. I’m a very nervous patient who had some traumatic experience at a dentist when I was younger. Dr Cochrane explained every step for me and was very calming and relaxed me. My daughter had her appointment the same day and I had the pleasure to watch him work. He is so precise that is fascinating watch. He should be a brain surgeon. The receptionist are super friendly and welcoming. My teeth never been so clean and the SM posts are super entertaining. I was in yesterday for the start of some dental work to have an implant fitted. The team did a great job of keeping me informed and as comfortable as possible during and after the procedure. I feel as a patient this is really important as it isn't easy to comment while work is going on, so being told what is happening and how much longer it will last helps to put your mind at rest. I have been coming to the practice for a number of years and really appreciate the effort the team put it to make every patient feel special in what I'm sure is a busy practice.

Best dentist experience. Super friendly staff from the reception staff all the way to the dentist and assistant themselves. Had two chipped teeth (right at the front) and was desperate to get them sorted as soon as possible as you can imagine. Called them up, organised a consultation for the following day (had no prior contact with them), and then got booked in for an appointment the following day. The bonding work done is exceptional. You literally can’t tell that I had chipped my tooth. They matched the colour and patterns to ensure that it looked as natural as possible. And after asking a few friends if they could notice it was bonding, literally not a single one of them could notice (these guys are brutally honest) so I think it’s safe to say that they have done an amazing job! The whole process of getting it done was super easy and everyone made me feel relaxed and in safe hands. I did not question the ability of my dentist for one second. Honestly, I cannot recommend this place enough. My friend has also gone to them before and they had a similar experience. Amazing work. Thank you to everyone at the clinic for everything they’ve done.

Very friendly staff, especially the dentist. She was professional, yet put me at ease. I needed a tooth repaired in my visit and the dentist explained each step and offered insights to better care for my teeth. I would like to thank the whole team, from the receptionist, the assistant and the dentist. Very good service.

Great experience all around! I had a crown that came off while chewing some candy and Mariya was able to reattach it quickly and painlessly. She had to grind the old glue off and reshape it a bit, but afterwards it still fit perfectly. I look forward to the next dental problem I have.

This was one of the best experiences I have had at a dentist. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. I love that they take timeout to call us in advance to remind us that we have an appointment in a few days. The dentist is really attractive and looks very professional and clean. I have been to see a hygienist which did a brilliant job. I would 100% recommend this dentist.

Extremely friendly nurses and staff. Dr Devin Vaghela is very hardworking, patient, professional and experienced. Dr Devin was also very hardworking and he came back on a Sunday to do a procedure, which went seamlessly and painlessly. I highly recommend Dr Devin and his colleagues. 5 stars!

Dr Mariya Godsafe is definitely the best and most caring dentist that I have been in the hands of. I have had lots of dental problems in the past which made me very nervous and embarrassed about coming to the dentist but Mariya reassured me and explained all my options clearly and patiently. I recently had a significant problem with one of my teeth. This involved a number of emergency appointments at the Bristol Dental Practice finally resulting in the removal of said tooth. On each occasion I was seen promptly and without any hassle. In all I saw 3 dentists and without exception each was very sympathetic, polite , gentle and informative. Apart from the pain the experience was a good one! I have been a patient at the BDP for many years and I have always had excellent treatment, Keep up the good work.

Excellent Customer Service. I like the way that the front desk team always put the customer first and Linda especially has worked hard to accommodate my increasingly last minute requests for a 'double hygienist appointment'. She hasn't failed yet! I have been going here for about 3 years now and am really happy with the service. The Dental and Hygienist staff have changed over the years, but there has been no decrease in quality of service and advice - they are very attentive and do a great job. The only negative I have is that the waiting room lights are always on, even in bright sunlight in summer - energy savings could be made here.

This is a lovely practice in the beautiful setting of Queen's Square. I always get a phone reminder of appointments a couple of days or so before which is helpful. The hygienist and dentist are both very personable and professional. Whenever I have needed emergency treatment, they are able to fit me in very quickly. I am very happy with this practice.

My wife & I are very satisfied with the treatment we have received from Bristol dental. We've both had various issues, I've had a crown fitted and she's had a wisdom tooth extracted with no problems, with a great deal of care being taken and explanations being given while the procedures have been given.

Friendly, caring staff. I have been going to this practice for many years, have had a wide range of treatments and have always had a great experience. The quality of treatment is excellent, always confidently and gently carried out in a comfortable and modern surgery. I would never use another dental practice and fully recommend to all.
